1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sectionoutstand website, booking services, or participating in our stretching and wellness programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Individuals under 18 may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Service Description

Sectionoutstand offers stretching and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Individual stretching sessions
• Group stretching classes
• Stretching packages and membership programs
• Wellness workshops and retreats
• Nutritional advice and meal plans

Our services are designed to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary based on individual factors, including commitment, consistency, and pre-existing conditions.

4. Health Disclaimer

The information and services provided by Sectionoutstand are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

By participating in our stretching and wellness programs, you acknowledge that:

• You are in good physical health and able to engage in stretching activities
• You will inform our staff of any physical limitations, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely
• You understand that there are inherent risks in any physical activity
• You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after participation in our programs

Sectionoutstand reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe that participation may pose a health risk to the individual or others.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Booking

You may book our services through our website, by phone, or in person at our center. All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

5.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, Vipps, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes.

5.3 Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Individual Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Group Classes: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will be eligible for a refund or credit for a future class. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance.
• Workshops and Retreats: Cancellation policies for workshops and retreats will be specified at the time of booking, as they may vary depending on the event.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a charge for the full service fee.

5.4 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling with less notice will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Package purchases and memberships are non-refundable after the first session has been used.

6. Conduct and Etiquette

To ensure a positive experience for all clients, we expect all participants to:

• Arrive on time for appointments and classes
• Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing that allows for movement
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Respect the privacy and space of other clients and staff
• Follow instructions from our stretching specialists and staff
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

Sectionoutstand reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior, harassment, or conduct that disrupts the peaceful environment of our center.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sectionoutstand website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Sectionoutstand or its content suppliers and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws.

You may access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.

The Sectionoutstand name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sectionoutstand. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sectionoutstand and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to our services exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such liability.

The limitations set forth in this section will not limit or exclude liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Norwegian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sectionoutstand and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your actions caused injury or harm to another person

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.
